I am officially on the path I will follow through to the end!! It's not much different form what we discussed in that it tags well with my paintings, but it is different from what we had discussed. I will no longer be using live models and modernizing classical pieces. Instead, i will be doing intense anatomical, detail studies of classic works. So far i have begun work on Caravaggio's "David with the Head of Galieth" and David's "Death of Marat." I hope to have the completed soon spending no more than 2 days of solid work on an individual piece.
